We are a professional manufacturer of heavy-duty crushing and grinding equipment. We own and operate our 50,000+ m² production base in Zhengzhou, China. We are not a trading company, and we welcome you to visit our factory.
What quality certifications do you have?
We take quality very seriously. Our manufacturing processes and products are certified to international standards, holding key certifications including CE, TÜV Rheinland, and SGS.
Can you help me design a complete crushing line?
Absolutely. This is our core specialty. Please tell us your raw material (e.g., limestone, granite, river stone), your required capacity (e.g., 150 tons per hour), and the final output sizes you need. Our engineering team will provide a complete project proposal and process flow design for you.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We have a strong engineering team and full manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to provide complete OEM/ODM services, from custom machine design to branding, based on your requirements.
How can I get a quote?
The best way is to send us an inquiry with your project details (material, capacity, final sizes). You can use the contact form on our website or email us directly. Our team will provide a detailed quotation and equipment list promptly.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit paid by T/T (bank transfer), and the 70% balance paid before shipment.
What is the delivery time?
This depends on the order. For a single, common machine, delivery is typically 7-10 days. For a complete production line, it is usually between 15-30 days.
What is the warranty period for your equipment?
We provide a 12-month warranty (from the date of dispatch) for all our main equipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover standard wear parts (like jaw plates, cone mantles, etc.).
I am in another country. How will you handle installation?
We can send our professional engineers to your site. They will guide the installation, commission the equipment (test running), and provide operation training for your local staff. This is the best way to ensure your plant starts running correctly and safely.
How can I get spare parts if my machine breaks down?
We provide a full supply of spare parts for all equipment we sell. We strongly recommend you purchase a set of critical wear parts along with your main equipment. For any future needs, you can contact our service team, and we will ensure you get the parts you need quickly.
