Product Introduction

Working Principle

The PF Impact Crusher works on the principle of high-velocity impact. Material is fed into the crushing chamber and is violently struck by the high-speed rotating plate hammers (blow bars). This impact shatters the material, throwing it against the impact liners (impact plates) for further crushing.

This process is repeated as the material bounces between the rotor and the impact plates. This method of “rock-on-iron” crushing generates a high ratio of cubical-shaped products and is then discharged from the bottom of the machine once it reaches the desired size.
