The CJ Series Jaw Crusher is a high-performance jaw crusher developed by our company based on customer market needs. Unlike traditional jaw crushers, it features significant improvements in motion parameters, structure, and adjustment methods.

The CJ Series jaw crusher occupies a small footprint, offers a higher crushing ratio, and operates more smoothly, making it easier to transport, install, maintain, and adjust. It is particularly suitable for both fixed crushing lines and mobile crushing stations.

1. Reliable Non-Welded (Bolted) Frame
   The core of the CJ series is its robust, non-welded frame. The side plates and frame beams are connected with a pin-and-sleeve and high-strength bolt construction. This design completely avoids welding stress, which can be a common point of failure. It is far more solid and reliable than traditional welded or cast iron frames, while also being lighter and easier to transport and install, especially for underground mining operations.
2. Optimized Motion Parameters
   With its excellent motion parameters, the crusher breaks material more efficiently in the upper part of the crushing chamber. A larger stroke in the lower chamber increases material throughput and achieves a greater overall crushing ratio.
3. Wedge Type Discharge Adjustment
   This “Euro” style crusher features a fast and reliable wedge-type plug-in adjustment method. This is significantly safer and faster than the traditional gasket (shim) adjustment on older machines, drastically reducing labor intensity and downtime. For maximum efficiency, this system can be optionally upgraded to a fully hydraulic adjustment device.
4. Super-Large Bearing Design
   Compared with standard jaw crushers of the same specification, the CJ series features enlarged bearings for a longer service life. Critically, the bearings for the movable jaw and the frame are identical, which simplifies maintenance and reduces your required spare parts inventory.
5. Integrated Motor Base Structure
   The machine features an integrated motor base and steel frame base. This design makes installation easier, saves space, and ensures the whole machine is placed on a single, stable foundation. The crusher and base are connected via a shock-absorbing pad, minimizing vibration influence on the foundation.

Working Principle

The motor drives a V-belt and pulley, which in turn drives the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft causes the movable jaw to swing in a set, elliptical motion. This motion creates a powerful crushing force as material is squeezed in the V-shaped chamber between the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw plate. As the movable jaw swings away, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom opening (discharge port).
