Product Introduction
The PXJ fine crusher is a new, versatile fine crusher that combines fine crushing and sand making. It is widely used in the sand and gravel crushing and ore crushing industries.
This fine crusher can partially replace the functions of a sand maker and is suitable for materials with moderate abrasiveness, such as those with a compressive strength of no more than 150 Mpa and a surface moisture content of no more than 10%.
The fine crusher can reduce the average particle size of materials to ≤5 mm and is widely used in cement plants for fine crushing, sand and gravel aggregate crushing, and manufactured sand production.
Working Principle
The PXJ fine crusher is a high-speed, high-frequency impact crusher. Material is fed into the top and falls onto a high-speed rotating rotor. This rotor is armed with multiple rows of high-strength, wear-resistant hammer heads (blow bars).
The hammers strike the material with extreme velocity, shattering it on impact. The material is then thrown against specialized impact liners (anvil plates) inside the crushing chamber for further reduction. This process of high-speed impact and grinding is repeated until the particles are fine enough to be discharged, resulting in an exceptionally fine, cubical product.
