Product Introduction
The Hydraulic Open-Box Sand Making Machine is an advanced fine crushing equipment developed by our company based on the craftsmanship of the famous “Third Generation Sand Making Machine”.
Its defining feature is the unique automatic hydraulic cap-opening system. With a “one-key” hydraulic operation, the box can be opened effortlessly, providing immediate access for maintaining equipment and replacing hammers, grate bars, and liners. This solves the traditional difficulty of maintaining fine crushers.
The machine features a simple structure, convenient operation, and high efficiency. It can crush materials to a fine granularity (≤5mm), which can be regulated by adjusting the gap of the grate bars. It can also be equipped with a diesel engine for mobile/flowing operations in areas without electricity.
Working Principle
The material enters the crushing chamber and is impacted by the high-speed rotating hammers. The stone collides with the impact liners and other materials, breaking down into smaller particles.
Unlike standard impactors, this machine has a grate section at the bottom. Material is continuously crushed and ground until it is small enough (usually ≤5mm) to pass through the gaps in the grate bars. The hydraulic system allows the entire upper body to hinge open, exposing the rotor and grate for easy service.
