Cavity Type Selection

This series offers three distinct cavity types to match your application:

  • Standard (XLB): Features a larger feed opening. Ideal for secondary (medium/coarse) crushing.

  • Short Head (XLD): Features a parallel crushing zone. Ideal for tertiary (fine) crushing to produce the smallest product sizes.

Working Principle

The motor drives the eccentric shaft, causing the movable cone to swing inside the fixed cone (concave). This motion continuously squeezes and crushes the material fed from the top.

This crusher utilizes lamination crushing, where material is also crushed against itself, resulting in a superior, cubical product shape. The robust spring system acts as a reliable overload protection, allowing uncrushable objects (like tramp iron) to pass through safely and preventing damage to the machine.
